Design And Implementation Of Application Level Disaster Recovery System For Huzhou Municipal Bureau Of Health And Family Planning

With a large population and a strain on medical resources,China would suffer a severely negative impact if catastrophic events occur in the core system of social medical industry.Therefore,how to ensure data security and the continuous operation of the system becomes a major concern of the medical industry.Application level disaster recovery system,building the disaster tolerant architecture of the three centers,ensures the normal operation of the business when normal system goes wrong.Based on the needs of medical disaster recovery and data integration for Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Health and Family Planning,this project provides a solution by building the data application level disaster recovery system for the five major municipal hospitals.The specific research contents are as follows:1.To address the demand of constructional indicators by Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Health and Family Planning,this project proposes the general constructional architecture of disaster recovery in different areas,combining the existing architecture of each hospital's operation system and the needs of disaster recovery and data integration for the five municipal hospitals.By interworking with disaster recovery center in IDC room through the Bureau's private network,this disaster recovery system could update operation date by delivering data from the present system to front-end machine.Once accident occurs,it could take over the production system.2.The software is designed and implemented for disaster recovery system.The DBRA is deployed at the production port and the disaster tolerance system port,ensuring database synchronization at both ports and the data synchronization of the front or the application middleware server by the file synchronization module.The software achieves centralized management through WEB management port.3.For data analysis requirements,to design a data integration and exchange platform which can automatically scan incremental data,standardize it and then update it to the database,for extraction and utilization by existing BI systems.
