Industry Robots are widely used in many industries,such as electronics,cleansing,automobile,aerospace,gold metallurgy and machine building.Robot selection has also become a major problem in solar industry.As a result of plasma enhanced chemistry in the meteorological deposition(PECVD)production link.The reason is that process needs to be accurate during production.The manufacturing process of solar photovoltaic is so complicated that it is important to select a kind of suitable robots.The paper illustrate the process of building a highly accurate robot handling platform,establishing a user-friendly operating procedure and developing small programs to make robots to cover the mistakes during changing tools or other unexpected conditions.In this paper,it will illustrate the use of Staubli industrial 6-aixs robots.Some advance technology will be mentioned.1.How to set up a more reasonable industrial production process and a more efficient programming in PECVD industry.2.How to use the official teaching method of the robot to establish a more humanized operation process,so that workers can complete their job by only teaching few points.3.Coding some programming to quickly restore the robots' movements and make it able to grab normally after the simple instruction of operator when the robots make some mistakes.The result of experiments are proved and expected result are obtained in chapter 5.
