Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System Of Housing Fund In A City

The information construction of a housing fund management center in a certain city has always been at the forefront of the country.The stand-alone management information system was used as early as 2004,and the second generation C/S management information system was used in 2009.With the continuous expansion of the deposit scale of housing fund in a certain city,the increasing number of depositors,the increasing demand for systems,and the continuous improvement of security requirements of the financial industry,all of the above makes the second generation system unable to meet the needs of current work,according to the requirements of the center and the needs of the industry,we re-design the system in order to achieve the purpose of "let the data run more,the people less go on errands",and better serve the depositors in accordance with the double-standard acceptance criteria of housing fund of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of the People's Republic of China.Based on the above purposes,through carefully making a serious investigation on the demand of housing fund management center in a certain city,and comparing the management information systems that have been constructed by other provident fund centers in the country,according to the actual needs of provident fund center in a certain city,the paper designs the third-generation provident fund business system by considering from aspects of the business function,the need of collaborative office,the reliability of data migration,system security,system stability,hardware and software and so on.The system development is in accordance with the method of first overall,then local,it firstly designs the overall framework of the system,then designs the database,and next,designs the specific functions such as collection,extraction,and loan.The completed new generation of information system owns the characteristics of more powerful,faster,and more secure,which can better achieve the needs of the provident fund center in many aspects.In order to ensure the security and stability of the system,the most advanced development technology and concepts in the world are not used,instead of using mature technologies and methods such as J2EE,MVC framework,B/S mode and SOA to complete all the functions of the system.In order to make the life cycle of the system longer,the design utilizes the concept of software engineering in the whole process,which make the use of manpower,material resources and time more reasonable.The system has been officially put into operation,providing convenience for the staff of the nine management departments under the jurisdiction of the city to carry out work and handle business,which makes the vision of 2010 and the real estate information sharing of the real estate registration center become a reality.It is convenient for the depositor to handle the business,also greatly improving the efficiency of work.In the future,we will continue to optimize the system in order to achieve the long-term goal of "Internet +Government service" network service and "let the people less goon errands”.
