Coal mining and transportation are two important parts of coal mine production.After years of industrial production technology in coal mining,mining technology has basically realized mechanical automation.However,the underground auxiliary transportation system needed for coal transportation out of the mine is still the bottleneck restricting the development of the coal industry.Auxiliary transport system generally refers to the transport system used in coal mine production for transport workers,production materials,working equipment and gangue,etc.Underground auxiliary transportation system is indispensable for coal mine production and transportation,it is a very important part of the entire coal industry production.Whether the auxiliary transportation process is reasonable is directly related to production efficiency and production safety.With the use of modern computer control and sensor communication technologies in ancillary transport systems,the obstacles to the development of previous ancillary transport systems have been greatly improved.The present situation and existing problems of auxiliary transportation information system in coal mines are analyzed in detail.Combining with the non-repeatability of auxiliary transportation equipment needed for plane operation,production data control and personnel and material tracking in coal mine,a set of information system model and design method conforming to the characteristics of auxiliary transportation in coal mine are established.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the underground roadway transportation line,by analyzing the clogging problem in the auxiliary transportation system,this paper uses the wireless sensor positioning technology and network technology to study the design of the auxiliary transportation scheduling control method,respectively designed the single hanging rail server subsystem,Felx authorized Server subsystem and single lift rail system customer terminal system.The monorail system server receives the data of the locomotive,the switch master,the RFID location,the base station status and the like uploaded by the zigbee base station,analyzes and processes the data,and obtains the status information of the base station AP,the position information of the locomotive,and the monitoring data of the locomotive.Information,switch master status information,store useful information to the database,and send real-time data such as positioning,alarm,etc.to the client;The Flex authorization server completes the authorization work,so that the web client can be accessed through the network;The monorail crane system provides users with an intuitive roadway map,real-time display of the downhole locomotive position,and the historical trajectory of the locomotive,real-time monitoring of the status of underground stations,locomotives,switches,traffic lights;remoteoperation switch,traffic Light conversion,locomotive movement;provide driver's attendance statistics,and other types of reports.According to the specific business characteristics and user requirements,the system USES C/S architecture mode,the background database USES My SQL database,the use of JAVA development language according to the method and thought of software engineering development of each link.This paper designed a Monorail Crane dispatching command system,for mine etc monorail and mobile devices for real-time positioning,tracking,monitoring and attendance management and development of complete solutions.This system can timely and accurately will downhole dynamic condition of regional device computer,to the ground for more reasonable scheduling management.
