Thesis in some pilot consumer enterprise as the basis of demand analysis,from the customer to buy consumer products business relationships,customer training and management and service for the customer manager to evaluate the three angles of customer relationship management,through customer product management,customer relationship,through the management of the customer training,make customer needs more apt,finally through the evaluation of customer service manager to improve customer service quality,achieve the integration of customer relationship management(CRM)integrated management platform.Thesis is based on the current fast disappear is the demand of the enterprise customer relationship management,build the complete collection of customer information management,product management,customer training and management and customer service evaluation management statistics consumer enterprise customer relationship management(CRM)system.Based on unified modeling language(UML)to analyze the fast away enterprise customer relationship management related business processes,on the basis of the analysis process,analyzes the user role,through the use case diagram describes the system of customer information management,product management,customer management and customer service training evaluation management four big function model,through the use case,activity diagram,the system function model in detail,by class diagram describes the system structure model,the non-functional requirements of system are analyzed.After completing the description of the structural model and the requirements analysis part,use the JavaEE framework to design the system structure,build a multi-layered overall framework with the database support platform and the business logic and user interaction interface layer as the main part;use the UML sequence diagram and the class diagram design system.Major functional modules,and further elaborate the core algorithms that appear in the design process;use the Visio tool design system database model to focus on the design of the core table.After completing the framework and system database model design,the Java language and JavaEE technology are used to implement several modules of the enterprise customer relationship management system.The customer relationship management system designed in this paper uses the system function and performance test method to test the feasibility of the system.After passing the test,the system runs stably,the function can meet the expected setting target,and the performance can meet the design requirements.At present,this system has been put into trial application effect is good,can achieve fast away enterprise customer relationship management(CRM)set product sales,customer training and service quality evaluation is equal to a body comprehensive office mode,improving consumer information level of enterprise customer relationship management(CRM).
