Research On Travel Guidance Of Blind People Based On Android

With the rapid development of navigation technology,guided equipment based on ultrasonic ranging principle is constantly innovating,and all kinds of mobile terminal blind navigation applications are also increasing.However,most of these devices or applications have limitations in technology or application,which lead to the fact that they can not solve the problems of the blind people in the process of practical use.Based on the free and open source Android mobile phone system,a set of guidance systems can be developed to solve the problem of blind people,which can greatly encourage the blind people to travel and improve the blind people's life,and it reflects the care of the blind people by the social groups.Based on the analysis of the problems encountered by the blind in the travel process,a blind travel guidance system based on Android is designed and implemented to help blind people travel.The basic travel information acquisition module is designed to help the blind get the basic information of the trip.The route planning and navigation module is used to plan and navigate the route and provide the blind people with the guidance of two kinds of travel modes,walking and bus travel.Finally,the blind people are guided by voice broadcast module to guide the blind people to reach their destination.The system uses walkthrough module provided by Amap SDK to actualize walking guidance.By dividing the travel routes into walking routes and riding routes,using walking guidance and bus guidance respectively,the system further actualizes bus travel guidance.In the course of travel,the system also designs a personalized function to actively obtain information such as walking hints,remaining trips,and surrounding environment.Finally,the system function is tested to verify the successful implementation of the system function.
