Fire brings great threat to personal and property security, and the main task of fireemergency lighting and evacuation indicator system is to provide lighting and evacuationinstructions in the process of the fire. At present the domestic fire emergency lighting andevacuation indicator system is based on visual evacuation lighting system, composed of thefire emergency lamps and related auxiliary devices. The definition of fire emergency lamps(especially the exit sign lights) in smoke environment is not ideal enough, and people will feelhighly fearful and blind in fire, making this evacuation system based on visual emergencycannot guarantee the safety of personal evacuation. All the time, it is a technical challenge inthe field of evacuation system design department and product production enterprise.Based on the summarization of current various fire emergency lighting and evacuationindicator system principle, composition, the advantages and disadvantages, this paper putforward a sound technology based on first evacuation guide solution, in the existing system,add a series of voice guide speakers, from the exit of speaker begin, sound one by one, peoplewill hear the sound from the exit. The application of this technology makes up the defects oflosing the guidance in smoke environment in the existing evacuation indicator system.The main content of this article include three parts. The first part is the basic principle offirst voice technology and the method of using this theory to achieve voice guide function;The second part discusses the design process based on the first voice evacuation indicatorsystem, including the system composition, the design of voice guide speaker and this paperoriginal speech signal "DM soft decoding technology"; The third part is the research of testingmethod based on the first voice guide speakers sense of direction and implement method,including test system composition, the application of Grubbs in the speech signal processingand this paper original "double standard frequency measurement method".The paper combines with MCU, speech coding and decoding technology, successfullydesign and develop the evacuation indicator system based on the first voice, and go through the Multisim11of DM soft coding and decoding simulation experiment simulation; Combinesthe technology of speech signal acquisition, speech signal processing and software algorithm,successfully design and develop the test system can be used in the engineering field, and gothrough the Matlab programming implementation and the verification, the results show thatthe test system has lesser repetitive error, good test data repeatability, test precision can meetthe need of engineering, lay a foundation for promote the first voice evacuation indicatorsystem.
