Design And Realization Of Raw Material Quality Inspection System Of Huangshi Xinxing Pipes

Quality management system is an important part of enterprise information construction in Huangshi company.Its main task is to inspect samples timely and precisely according to enterprise and national standards,the result provides reference for daily production and financial settlement.The original raw material quality management was based on mass inspection data and Excel forms,it was not only inefficient,but the process from sampling to settlement was easily influenced by personal factors,which could easily cause raw material quality objection to the company.As development of iron and steel industry and expansion of the Huangshi company,requirement of the management of raw material quality is getting higher.With the help of modern information technology and advanced internet connection,the inspection data is frequently applied by other departments and the need for a new raw material quality management system is more and more urgent.This research is based on the development process of company's material management information system,our project team has designed a raw material quality management system.This paper is mainly focused on the research work of:(1)Analyze the construction status and process of raw material quality inspection.Figure out main problems which the quality management system is targeted to solve,then optimize the overall plan and architectural design of this system.(2)Implementation of hardware to construct a good physical platform for the raw material quality management system from server selection to data transportation.(3)Considering popular internet technology to design software for the raw material quality management system.Apply OOP to develop function modules for this system.(4)Debugging and application of the raw material quality management system,functional extension is also possible in the future.This raw material quality management system is particularly designed to the demand of Huangshi company and has realized the process control and management from purchase plan to contract to analysis to settlement.The system has reduced labor intensity and at the same time minimized “subjective” interference.What's more,the system could also contribute to decision making by providing multidimensional forms and charts timely,working efficiency is greatly improved.In addition,the system also optimizes the original business process,and realizes the information on the production,supply and marketing of the rapid sharing and transfer function.
