I designed and implemented the signal switching subsystem of the broadcasting and television broadcasting control center in this paper,which can effectively solve the problems of aging of the equipment and insufficient interfaces.The concept of“smart monitoring + digital master control system”,which is relatively reliable and widely used,is adopted to ensure that the broadcast system achieves the “high quality zero seconds” effect.The device functionally meets normal operating requirements and leaves redundancy for future expansions,supporting flexible switching of signals;monitoring signals in all directions on each node.Two sets of interface configuration Swiss STUDER SCORE digital audio matrix system are used to realize mutual backup,so as to realize intelligent,networked and digital total control switching and monitoring system.The design is divided into two parts,one is the selection of the main hardware equipment,and the other is the division and implementation of the software system functions.The main hardware devices are audio matrix,audio splitter,digital audioswitcher,sync signal generation splitter,etc.,as well as some auxiliary equipment.Such as clock systems and call systems.The most critical device is the audio matrix.These devices work together to form a complete master control system.The design of the software system is mainly for the audio matrix.Firstly,the requirements of the general control system of the broadcasting station are analyzed.According to the actual requirements of the total control system of the radio,the audio matrix should realize flexible and accurate operation and comprehensive monitoring of signal routing.In order to achieve this goal,the software system is divided into three modules,QT client,planning task module and monitoring module.The QT client is for the attendant,which can clearly show the true connection relationship of the matrix intersections,and can lock the connection and read back operation records.The planning task module can realize automatic timing switching of signals,and has various types,such as single planning,weekly planning,monthly planning,and the like.The monitoring module can comprehensively monitor the audio signal according to preset standards,alarm at different levels,and process the abnormal audio signal.Finally,after a period of trial operation,all functions of the system meet the actual requirements of the total control of the radio,effectively ensuring safe broadcast.
