The Urban Social Comprehensive Management System,which is based on GIS,is an importment information platform for city's primary planning,and is also an important part of the smart city.This platform based on the information service,with the global service system as its support and the normalized service mechanism as its guarantee,it adopts the grid service management,aiming at the ultimate goal of offering satisfying services for civilians.This thesis focuses on the researches of platform's background,its system structure and main functions of the Urban Social Comprehensive Management Platform based on GIS.The platform relies on the Iaas infrastructure of e-government public cloud for the Ningxia Hui autonomous region,including servers,networks,storage,databases,load balancing,etc.and builds itself up on Iaas infrastructure,This platform,which is developed by Java,include three subsystems,respectively for the social comprehensive governing and management,the leadership and decision-making analysis,and GIS geographic information service.In terms of the difficulty in data collection and exchange between each industrial section,analytical data acquisition is adopted to collect data in industrial sections and with database triggers and JMS messenger is used for the real-time data updating.Besides,Rapid development model,distributed transaction control,data cache methods and the evaluation system are also researched.This platform,based on the J2 EE development architecture,with MyEclipse as a visual development tool and Enterprise Architecture as the modeling tool,with Junit for the system unit debug and LoadRunner software for the load test of the system...
