Design And Implement Of Grid-enabled Countryside Service Management Platform For Urban Area

Since carrying out the reform and open policy,countryside in china presents various new characteristics in the process of the development.New evolution roads such as agricultural modernization,sustainable development,ecological balance,the rural urbanization,and etc.cause the rural management to be a trend of increasingly complex.Therefore,to effectively solve the existing problem such as the single management means,fragmented situation and information isolation,it is necessary to construct information integrated service management platform to deal with the modern rural increasingly sophisticated management requirements by leveraging modern communication and software development technology.By analyzing the practical demands and combining the concrete project,this thesis designs and developments of rural grid integrated service management platform.Platform makes full use of the urban grid management idea to divide rural regions into multiple grids in the fine-grained manner to provide subtly management and functionality for different organizations and managers,and use of data exchange technology to realize the data sharing between different grid and connectivity information as well.By timely data mining and analysis,platform can quickly provide reliable statistics and decision information for the management department.According to the software engineering theorem,the thesis does the detailed requirement analysis and system design,which formulates information exchange standard,build information exchange platform,management and business platform,theme database sharing and exchange platform,etc.In terms of system implementation,the platform adopts B/S architecture,follows the J2EE specification development,constructs multilayer distributed development platform based on SOA component technology;Implementing business extraction and service process customized using portal technology and workflow technology.Platform uses ETL technology to achieve data extraction,data cleaning,and data transformation as well as uses Oracle database to realize data persistence management.Finally,ExtJs and JQuery framework are used to development user interface,which achieve unified interface,easy operation and smooth interaction.System testing and pilot banks show that platform is stable and reliable.The platform provides a good access to information and communication channels for villagers.On the other hand,the platform provides timely and accurate decision-making information for managers.Platform greatly simplifies the business transaction process,improves the efficiency of the management,and eliminates the information island and implements the effective information sharing.
