This paper with the help of parametric technology,based on orthogonal test weight analysis,tolerance analysis and tolerance technology optimization technology in LabVIEW development environment to achieve the auxiliary design system of RVDT(Rotary Variable Differential Transformer).This system integrates the RVDT structure modeling,electromagnetic performance simulation and tolerance optimization to a unified platform,and the reliability of the system is verified by examples.The system's friendly man-machine interaction interface provides a simple and convenient operation process for RVDT design,and has wide application prospects for sensor research and development.This paper is based on the engineering finite element electromagnetic analysis software MAXWELL,analyzed the electromagnetic performance simulation process of RVDT.Parameterized modeling of the model is realized by using parameterization technology and script language VBScript of MAXWELL software,that associated the sensor modeling and human-machine interaction system.The sensor in the actual production due to the influence of machining error,there is a certain deviation between the geometric size and size of product design,processing machinery parts completely consistent with the design parameters is unrealistic and unnecessary,which not only affects the production efficiency but also increase the processing costs.The goal of tolerance optimization is to increase the dimensional tolerance of parts as much as possible,so as to reduce processing difficulty and reduce the processing costs under the premise of meeting the requirements of performance parameters.In order to avoid the blindness of tolerance allocation for all In order to avoid the blindness of tolerance allocation for all structural parameters,a weighting analysis technique based on orthogonal experiment is proposed.The sensitivity of sensor characteristics to structural parameters is quantitatively analyzed and compared by orthogonal experiment design method,and smaller tolerances are allocated for parameters that influence larger weights.On the contrary,larger tolerances are allocated for parameters with relatively small weights.The tolerance analysis and optimization of sensors is the maximum tolerance of structural parameters deviating from the center value by using the limit analysis method.On this basis,a maximum tolerance combination satisfying the requirements of RVDT sensor performance index is obtained by using the nonlinear inequality constrained optimization algorithm.Finally,the reliability of the developed system and the effectiveness of the related methods are verified by comparison experiment of a certain type of RVDT sensor.
