With the development of science and technology, mobile robots are widely used inindustrial production, space exploration, environmental monitoring, etc. But in many cases, it’sneed to join humans’ operations and guidances as the mobile robot can’t completelyindependent to complete the high accuracy complicated task. So for mobile robot remotemonitoring is inevitable choice, when considering the robot working environment uncertainty. This paper builds a mobile robot network with ZigBee wireless communication technologyand embedded Web technology as the foundation. The paper designs a embedded monitoringsystem server for the mobile robot network and completes the remote monitoring of mobilerobot. The method and process of design is as follows:the whole and the local research methods are used in this article. Firstly the overallstructure of the monitoring system and the embedded server are designed. CC2530module isused to construct the mobile robot network through the ZigBee wireless communicationtechnology. Then, according to the embedded monitoring system server structure as thefoundation, the hardware platform is carried on and software function is designed.STM32F107VCT6is used as master control chip for Embedded monitoring system server, μc/OS-Ⅱoperating system is transplanted in this chip. Then, and LwIP protocol stack istransplanted for the extended function of the network. Finally, the monitoring function ofmobile robot network is realized by application in the application layer. In order to validate the embedded monitoring system server for correctness and feasibilityof the mobile robot network monitoring, through the step of the way for the system’sperformance tested, the test results show that the system runs stably.
