With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the integration of internet technology,the manufacturing mode of manufacturing industry transformed into an intelligent and convenient networked manufacturing model.In this context,"Cloud manufacturing" arises at the historic moment.Cloud manufacturing can combine manufacturing enterprises with customers dynamically,achieve direct contact between customers and product.In the cloud manufacturing environment,information interaction and collaboration among enterprises can be realized,meanwhile,the problem of product research and technological innovation capability can be solved.The manufacturer is an important component of cloud manufacturing research,which is the main carrier of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capability.In the cloud manufacturing environment,it is great significance to realize the intelligent scheduling and intelligent optimization of the manufacturers.In view of this,this paper focuses on the intelligent optimization and intelligent scheduling of manufacturers,based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China ‘Research on the theory and method of manufacturability evaluation in cloud manufacturing environment' in this paper.First of all,the research background and significance of this paper is presented by reading and investigating the relevant literature,and then the research content of this paper is elicited.Secondly,this paper takes the problem of intelligent optimization of manufacturer as part of cloud manufacturing research,then constructs the evaluation index system of manufacturer for intelligent optimization.The system includes cost evaluation index,time evaluation index,production coordination evaluation index,enterprise coordination evaluation index,enterprise prestige evaluation index,environmental protection index,energy conservation evaluation index,customer service capacity evaluation index,enterprise distribution capacity evaluation index,process reliability evaluation index and manufacturing capacity evaluation index.The mathematical model of intelligent optimization of manufacturer is established based on the evaluation index system,including cost objective function,time objective function,production coordination objective function,enterprise coordination objective function,enterprise prestige function,environmental protection function,energy conservation objective function,customerservice capacity objective function,process reliability objective function,manufacturing capacity objective function.In order to solve the problem of intelligent optimization of manufacturers,a hybrid method of agent optimization based on AHP and information entropy is proposed.Simulation analysis shows that the method is fast and effective.Finally,the intelligent scheduling problem of cloud manufacturer is presented.In order to realize intelligent scheduling architecture,this paper builds an index system and mathematical model for intelligent scheduling,which includes task load objective function,manufacturing resource richness objective function,object matching objective function,manufacturing task reliability objective function and manufacturing efficiency objective function.In order to solve the problem,a new optimization method based on AHP and chaos theory is proposed,which uses AHP to get the weight of each scheduling index,and realizes the intelligent scheduling of the manufacturer based on the chaos optimization algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the scheduling optimization problem of the manufacturer and verify the effectiveness of the method.
