This paper takes the WeChat public accounts “ GUOKR ”.as the research object,mainly adopts content analysis method and literature analysis method,combined with agenda setting theory,cognitive mediation theory and media saliency theory to analyze“GUOKR”WeChat public accounts.the purpose is to analyze the influence factors of media salience and audience feedback and analyze the characteristics of the scientific content dissemination of the WeChat public accounts “GUOKR”.The main findings of the research are: science topic science theme,news source,picture of article,primary location are the main factors that influence the media salience at different aspects.primary location and news source are the main factors that influence the media salience at the prominence aspect aspects.and the number of pictures in the article is a significant influence factor in the attention aspect,science theme,science topic are the influence factor of the valence aspect.As for the question of audience feedback,the number of characters,the message of primary location are significant influencing factors.influence the number of compliments of scientific news;prominence influence the number of compliments of scientific news and the number of readings of scientific news respectively.The first published article tends to get a high number of compliments and readings,which means,on the prominent level,the feedback effect of the audience of articles with high media significanc is better.In addition,The characteristics of the communication of the“GUOKR” summarized in this paper are mainly the following points.First,most of the contents are original,attaching great importance to the professionalism of news;second,Content is not limited by national boundaries;third,there are many pictures in the science popularization articles;fourth The article reflects the obvious emotional tendency;fifth Pay equal attention to the theme of Arts and Sciences;sixth articles tend to focus on society and science.Finally,based on the research results,this paper points out the problems of the scientific content characteristics and the feedback of the audience of the WeChat public number and proposes several suggestions.
