With the appearance of WeChat public accounts, traditional media start to expand its scope and the spread of channels, and strengthen the relationship with the audience. Radio and WeChat exists a natural fit in the voice. Under Media Convergence Theory, from the perspective of media fusion, from the waiters, audience, communication platform, communication content, interaction and feedback analyze Media Convergence Theory’s affect to broadcast programs and their WeChat public accounts.Based on the above analysis, I used method of content nalysis, observing and case analysis, analyze from the waiters, audience, communication platform, angle of content and interaction and feedback, study the Xinjiang News Radio Industry Atmosphere Wechat Public Accounts’ s characteristics and presents. Through the analysis found that the Xinjiang News Radio Industry Atmosphere Wechat Public Accounts’ target isn’t outstanding, it’s push content isn’t get highlight reading quantity, content is not high enough, the development and application of new media functions isn’t good. And content homogeneity and interact with the audience’s feedback timely and comprehensive enough. Based on the above analysis, I put forward the following Suggestions: first, highlight the Xinjiang News Radio Industry Atmosphere Wechat Public Account target as a radio show offline "complaints board" and " report room". By highlighting the certain position, strengthen the relationship of audience and radio program. Second, rev up publicity the program’s WeChat public Account from all aspects. And improve WeChat public Accounts’ attention and subscriptions. Third, maximum use and improve WeChat public functions. Fourth, continuously improve the quality of WeChat public push content, and increase the content of the original. Fifth, pay much attention to interactions with the audience, timely feedback to the audience.
