In recent years,with the development and maturity of 3D printing technology.FDM-based 3D printers have been widely used in actual manufacturing.At present,3D printing technology still has some defects,such as the existence of gaps between adjacent paths and the existence of voids in the physical printing of 3D models,so that the quality of printed parts is not high.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the path filling quality in 3D printing process to improve the quality of 3D printing parts by improving the path planning algorithm.The main research content of this paper is to optimize and improve the path planning algorithm and control parameters of FDM 3D printer.Firstly,the initial filling path is generated by the path filling algorithm;then the path spacing is optimized by the secondary adjustment of the path,so that the adjacent path spacing is evenly distributed;then the stepping distance between the filling paths is optimized,and the optimal step distance is set;Then,by the relationship between the traveling speed and the width of the filling wire,different traveling speeds are set according to the path spacing of different regions,so that the path filling is optimized,and the gap between adjacent paths is reduced;finally,the Gcode file is improved.The G code command is capable of controlling the head of the 3D printer to print the 3D model of the variable speed.Improve the print quality of the model by optimizing the 3D print path planning algorithm and control parameters.The feasibility and applicability of the adaptive path planning algorithm are verified by experiments.
