| As we all know,electricity is undoubtedly one of the greatest inventions in human history.With the continuous development of the times and the progress of science and technology,electricity has become indispensable to people's lives.The level of electric power development has gradually become an important standard to measure the advancement of a country.With the increasing demand for power consumption and the increasing risks in the use of power,emergency measures are particularly important when problems arise.However,due to the hazard of equipment and the high requirement of operation,the emergency drill of power system cannot be carried out on the spot frequently.Therefore,it is necessary to design an emergency drill system capable of simulating the operation.In order to analyze the emergency drill and make continuous improvement on the subsequent implementation plan,a large number of researches are carried out in the text,and the difficulties have been solved by using big data statistics,analysis and the application of new technologies,and instant messaging(IM)technology is applied to the emergency drill system mentioned above.This paper is mainly composed of the following contents:(1)The overall management of the drill,that is,through data analysis,the time,place,geographical location,and plans needed in the drill will be simulated;(2)Through the above simulation experiments,the case analysis is carried out according to the actual needs;(3)By practicing the actual application process,problems are found and continuously improved;(4)Evaluate the actual drill and make inferences about the quality and performance of the drill.According to the emergency drill process of the electric power industry,the system focuses on simulating actual drill scenarios,and mainly on the training of emergency treatment related knowledge,emergency decision-making and disposal ability,so as to make the relevant personnel familiar with emergency responsibilities and master the characteristics of emergency procedures.This theses presents and studies the application of WPF technology to visualize the emergency drill information such as power flow chart;GIS technology is applied to locate the drill personnel,drill equipment and relevant alarm information in the emergency drill scene;active MQ technology is applied to realize instant communication between the participants during the drill;and the database access technology of SQL Server 2014 is applied to realize the access of basic data and process data.Finally,the system test shows that the system designed in this paper has good reliability and practicability. |
