Instant messaging integrated business system is more than demand for telecomenterprise to the public and industry users with a set of message service supportplatform, it has strong ability of flexibility, robustness, and can be extended and beable to fully guarantee the safety of the public and the enterprise information needs,it is the product of the telecom market integration with the Internet.This system is an open and standard system, the design is based on B/Sstructure, using TCP/IP protocol as the primary, using general message queue andExtensible Markup Language (Extensible Markup Language, XML) messagingtechnology. Provides users with access to the service, receives the user's servicerequest, the user sends the service request of real-time processing and can, at thesame time send information service for success for effective billing processing, fortelecom operators to provide billing basis.System on the basis of the integration of user requirements, the use of webservice technology to realize the needs of different users access system, the news ofthe uplink and downlink transformed into XML format distribution, on theprocessing of information by using dynamic scheduling algorithm of load balance todistribution in more than one server to send and receive message queue, avoid whenthe message block, a message sent to peak time in the process of the experiments onthe load balance of the weighted least connection algorithm is optimized, whichimproves the performance of the actual message is sent, on the design of thegateway unicom message by SGIP agreement and point to point to send, and thesending of the message for effective billing processing, make the integration ofnetwork and telecom operators.Based on consulting relevant technical literature, on the basis of combiningwith the actual needs of users, design a feasible design scheme, using theWebService distributed uniform access, load balancing algorithm and messagemiddleware technology, to ensure the high reliability of the system.
