As the artery of national economy system,Logistics connects the social industry parts into an organic whole.The development degree of logistics has become an important symbol to measure a country's modernization degree and comprehensive national strength.Although in recent years,China's logistics industry is developing in a high speed,there is still a huge gap in the information level between China and developed countries.In the whole industrial or logistics enterprise operation,the high logistics cost has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.The main problems in the whole logistics process include laggard information management,underdeveloped technical means and the low ability to obtain or analysis information.What's more,in the whole logistics process,the vast majority of processes are decided and operated by experience,which makes the logistics process inefficient,high-cost and incorrect.In view of the above problem,this thesis designed a logistics platform for Warehousing Logistics,and integrate the existing data of each logistics company through the construction of data platform.Based on the collection of important datum and the support of them,Logistics optimize its core process via designing algorithms,and ultimately achieve the goal of an authors' efficiency.The data platform consists of three modules: data layer,business layer and interaction layer.The data layer mainly provides data support for the platform by synchronizing the daily information system database of logistics enterprises and collecting new logistics data.The business layer provides driver identity authentication and outbound and inbound algorithm support for the core links in the logistics process.The identity of the driver is verified through the identification of the driving license.The overall idea is "information extraction + recognition",which mainly involves digital image processing technology and character recognition technology.According to the actual logistics and warehousing process,relevant data indicators and algorithms are designed to optimize the entire warehousing process and improve efficiency.The interaction layer provides users with presentation and management interactions.In a word,this data platform has a reasonable structure design and strong universality,which is applicable to the logistics and warehousing process of most logistics enterprises or industrial manufacturers and has a good extensibility.The construction of data platform will not affect the daily information system operation of enterprises.In addition,enterprises can expand new algorithms on the data platform according to their own needs.Finally,through testing,the data platform for Warehousing Logistics developed in this thesis has achieved the expected goal in all aspects.The data storage module can synchronize the information system of the enterprise in real time.The recognition rate of driver identification module has risen to 97%.The in-out algorithm worked well in two test zones with the overall utilization rate of the warehouse increased by 36% and the in-out efficiency of vehicles increased by 18%.Therefore,this data platform can meet the daily warehousing needs of both industrial manufacturers and logistics enterprises,and it also has been put into use in practical scenarios.
