In the field of emergency and air transport, there are some blank in loading and unloading operations normative research and its automation simulation, not yet formed a practical and complete research system, and in the real loading and unloading of cargo transport there is a less efficient due to the operation of officers and easily damaged goods, there are not completely specification to protect the cargo handling efficiency, reach for contingency purposes. And there are not completely the operation of the mechanical detection system before loading and unloading, causing there are certain risks in the process of air transport.Loading and unloading of goods based on the ergonomics design simulation research can be a good solution to the above problem. First, using the finite element method to conduct research and analysis of cargo loading and unloading process static dynamics problem, to address the risks due to overweight; secondly, using the virtual reality technology, modeling real freighters, as well as operators and tools vehicles in loading and unloading process to simulation analysis, to improve efficiency and decrease the possibility of damage to the goods; the last, application of human factors engineering evaluation system stipulate the loading and unloading of cargo loading and unloading process simulation specification, to improve the efficiency of cargo transportation, to fill the blank emergency field and the field of air transport.Based on ergonomics theory, and finite element method was applied to the analysis of mechanical simulation, from establish virtual goods loaded scene, human factors engineering methods, human factors engineering process modeling and finite element modeling, human factors engineering and finite element analysis starting, use the example of Boeing 747-400 F cargo plane cargo in loading and unloading process design to research key technology of emergency cargo loading and unloading. The main achievements during the study include:1. The establishment of digital models of Boeing 747-400 F aircraft;2. Study the application of human factors engineering to optimize the design of the loading and unloading of goods;3.The research of the modeling method of cargo loading;4. Static and dynamic analysis of cargo loading and unloading process in a virtual environment;5. Cargo loading and unloading process simulation and ergonomics analysis in a virtual environment;6. Analysis revealed that the cargo loading and unloading process specification.
