With the development of modern manufacturing technology, stamping technology iscoming to be high-speed, automated and flexible. However, the loading and unloading workfor punching which is the domestic the main equipment of metal pressure processing formingis almost finished by manual operation. And some problems exist such as the low productefficiency, the poor working condition, the high labor intensity and personal injury accident.Therefore, based on the research of Meizhou science and technology projects (Grant:2010B080703004), this thesis studies the research and development of loading and unloadingrobot which suits for the car audio industry and makes reasonable-structure equipment easy tomanufacture and operate. Absolutely this equipment could replace manual work, safeguardpersonal safety and enhance enterprise’s competitiveness. What’s more, it’s convenient andflexible to apply to different types of production by changing program and Component. In thepaper, firstly, introduction of loading and unloading robot or punching are presented, as wellas the introduction of the purpose and significance of research project. And then he overalldesign plan is determined, just based on the analysis of stamping process, punching and theequipment’s demand. While, in the paper those are completed that the entire equipmentmechanical structure design, finite element analysis of motion component and design ofthe control system and pneumatic system. Then I finished programming by Using C#programming language in Visual Studio2005.In the end, adaptive genetic algorithm was usedto optimize the control parameters of the speed control loop and position control loop of themotor servo system. And the result of debugging shows that this method improves the systemresponse speed and steady precision, that means we gain a better performance of servo,equipment’s practicality and market competitiveness.In summary and outlook section, summarizes of the research work and the existingproblems are summarized, as well as the future of loading and unloading robot.
