With the development of AI,sensors,Internet and other high-tech,traditional industrial robots no longer meet the growing needs of people.Some service robots have sprung up in front of the public like mushrooms to serve people.Service robots can be used in different scenarios,such as families,public service areas,and can complete cleaning,monitoring,counseling,guidance and other work,and gradually become an indispensable part of human social development.Therefore,the research of service robots with intelligent control technology is an important direction of future service robots.This topic is based on the project of Financial Robot of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.It mainly designs and studies the hardware system and the software system of the Financial Service Robot.Firstly,the hardware system of the financial service robot is designed.In terms of energy,24 V lithium battery is used as the power supplier.For this reason,the power supply board and the control board are designed.The control board adopts STM32F407ZET6 chip,and CAN interface and serial interface are designed.In addition,24 V is converted into 12 V,9V,5V and 3.3V voltage output through various circuits for various peripherals to use.In human-computer interaction,the Android tablet and the embedded system board connected with various peripherals are used to exchange data through Raspberry Pi and the cloud server.In terms of sensors,temperature and humidity sensors,infrared sensors and touch sensors are set up to collect data.Secondly,the software system of the financial service robot is designed.There are two communication protocols in data communication,one is the serial port data communication protocol,the other is the Socket communication data protocol.The serial data communication protocol is the bridge between STM32 and Raspberry Pi.It is mainly responsible for the data transmission of serial data format through unpacking and encapsulation and Raspberry Pi.The Socket communication data protocol is the bridge between raspberry pie and cloud server,which is mainly responsible for data transmission between cloud service and Raspberry Pi,including unpacking and encapsulation.Finally,the trajectory tracking control of the arm of the financial service robot is studied.By introducing the neural network technology into the control of the manipulator system,the control problem of the manipulator system can be solved,so that the manipulator can maintain good motion characteristics in the course of action,so as to achieve the goal of precise control.
