Our Country Listed Company Financial Warning Analysis Based On Artificial Neural Network

With the development of economic globalization,China’s listed companies is facing big challenges,we can see that most of the listed company bankruptcy because its financial crisis appear before has not been able to timely solved from the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States in2008.We can also see that the occurrence of the financial crisis is not achieved overnight, but it is a gradual process,so the financial early warning is necessary for the healthy development of the enterprise.At the same time with the specification, securities trading market of enterprise financial crisis warning is also becoming more and more important. In this paper, I am analyzing the relevant theories of financial early-warning with artificial neural network principle and build financial early warning model of artificial neural network, then use sample data of Chinese listed companies to model validation and analysis, the last I provide some suggestions to our country listed company financial warning reference to the analysis results.
