The pipeline is built for efficient inspection and enables complete automation of the entire process of inspection sample sorting,transfer,processing,analysis and storage.The multi-injection line mainly serves the hospital and the laboratory,and is used for automatic detection of urine,blood and biochemical reagents,and can complete 70% or more inspection workload in hospital inspection.The multi-injection pipeline not only has high detection speed and high efficiency,but also greatly reduces artificial errors and cross-infections.The detection results are more stable and reliable,and are not only efficient and high quality.The multi-injection pipeline system proposed in this paper consists of a multi-step stepper motor control system of the embedded system,a friendly multi-injection line machine control system and a bar code recognition system.Based on the actual engineering background,this paper develops a multi-injection pipeline system with high efficiency,high reliability and rich functions.The specific work is as follows:(1)Based on the hardware architecture of STM32,the overall scheme of hardware design is proposed.The hardware circuit and main control board of the motor control are designed.Based on the real-time operating system FreeRTOS,a control platform conforming to the multi-injection pipeline system is built.(2)The overall scheme of software design for multi-injection pipeline system is proposed.Based on TCP protocol,the network communication protocol is designed.The dynamic linked list is designed.The operation command of the upper computer is stored in the pre-stored area of the main control terminal for practical operation.Provided for convenience.The C# high-level language is used to design a control software for the friendly multi-injection pipeline system.It is mainly responsible for displaying the control status of the multi-injection pipeline,parameter definition and flexible combination of storage and control modules,and the overall test function of the system.(3)The trapezoidal motor acceleration and deceleration control algorithm and S-type motor acceleration and deceleration control algorithm are mainly analyzed,and the formula derivation and MATLAB simulation verification are carried out.The improved S-type motor accelerationand deceleration control algorithm is studied.It can be seen from the simulation comparison that the improved S-type motor acceleration and deceleration control algorithm has better control effect.(4)Finally,the software and hardware tests and the overall prototype test of the multi-injection pipeline system prototype are carried out.The results show that the multi-injection pipeline system designed and developed in this paper has good function and performance,and the overall prototype detection rate is higher than that of Sysmex HST.The series products have increased by about 11%,the test tube rack detection position of the module has increased by 40 bits,and the break point reset time has been reduced by 1.5 minutes.The multi-injection pipeline has been put into practical use and has a good application prospect.
