In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and market,people's living standards are getting higher and higher.The demand for food has shifted from the variety and quantity to the pursuit of food safety.The domestic related food safety issues have been paid more and more attention by the Chinese consumers.As the aquatic products are always rich in nutritional value and health care,the sale in the related aquatic markets is increasing.The quality of the related products has also become one of the most important standards for customers to purchase aquatic products.The safety traceability of relevant aquatic products and the establishment and improvement of the corresponding traceability system have become problems that need to be solved by the relevant national departments and aquatic product processing companies.The emphasis of quality issue also brings about the improvement of related technical requirements.The current traceability system is faced with an urgent need to improve with the weak perception of data acquisition,the single traceability of data output and so on.For the technology of Internet of things,data collection and short distance data transmission are two important aspects of perception layer.This article studies on the supply chain of aquatic products from the relevant point of view and has done the following jobs associated technology of the Internet of things.1)The overall framework and scheme of the aquatic product tracing is designed based on the Internet of things.Wireless Sensor Networks are used to monitor aquatic products in aquaculture link and to use RFID label identification in circulation link to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of the related data2)According to the actual situation on the basis of aquatic products,a granularity classification is set up oriented traceability data modeling method based on the syntactic pattern recognition to meet data information requirement of different user groups.A method of granularity classification is established to improve the theory of push-down automata.Take the corresponding aquatic product processing as example to carry on the verification.3)An intelligent traceability system for aquatic products is designed and implemented based on the Internet of things.Based on the specific environment,the framework of the whole traceability system is designed to model the key business links in the process of tracing aquatic product.The implementation of some key modules are presented at the same time.The aquatic product traceability system also has the reference value for realizing the aquatic products' quality safety.
