Abstract/Summary:
Currently,traceability of agricultural products has become an indispensable and crucial means of food safety management.A reliable traceability system plays a significant role in improving food safety,safeguarding consumer rights,establishing brand trust and value,and promoting industry upgrading and innovation.Compared with traditional agricultural product traceability,the current traceability system for aquatic products still has considerable deficiencies,such as outdated radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,single-point failures in IoT access control,and insufficient security measures in traceability platforms.Aiming at the above problems,this study designed an improved DFSA tag anti-collision algorithm,proposed a layered access control architecture based on blockchain,and implemented a traceability system based on the Hyperledger Fabric platform.The main work results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of low tag identification efficiency of radio frequency identification in dense scenes,a RFID tag DFSA anti-collision algorithm based on improved K-Means clustering algorithm is proposed.The solution reduces the time required for the algorithm to identify tags through tag pre-grouping design.The algorithm obtains new centroids through the maximum and minimum distance and Euclidean distance,optimizes the DFSA algorithm based on K-Means,and improves the recognition efficiency and accuracy in the label recognition stage.Simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has obvious advantages in recognition accuracy and total recognition time in dense RFID deployment scenarios.(2)Aiming at the problem of single point of failure in the traditional Internet of Things access control mechanism,a hierarchical access control architecture based on blockchain is proposed,and the process of interdomain and intra-domain access control is studied respectively.The threelayer access control architecture proposed in this paper is the local edge blockchain,aggregation cluster blockchain and national storage blockchain,which protect the IoT system through authentication and authorization.The performance evaluation results of Hyperledger Caliper show that the architecture outperforms existing frameworks in terms of throughput and latency,and effectively enhances the security and scalability of IoT systems.(3)Aiming at the low security of the current aquatic product traceability system,a network scheme of the traceability system based on the future network is proposed,and an aquatic product traceability system based on the Hyperledger Fabric platform is designed and implemented.The traceability platform is divided into links such as raw material production,farmer breeding,processing and storage,logistics transportation,and sales and distribution systems.It has built a safe and credible traceability system,which meets consumers’ requirements for traceability of aquatic products and protects the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
