Recently,In order to meet the increasing complexity requirements of industrial products and the flexibility and efficiency requirements of market globalization,Multi-material additive manufacturing technology has become a hot research topic among scholars.Multi material additive manufacturing technology can achieve a model to process different types of material components and achieve the requirement of improving product performance,which is almost impossible for traditional manufacturing processes.Carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite has advantages in application fields such as density,stiffness and fatigue strength.The combination of carbon fiber long fiber composite and 3D printing technology is applied in the industrial field.It can solve the problems of complex forming of carbon fiber,unable to manufacture complex structures,so it has broad application prospects.3D model slicing technique is one of the key technologies of 3D printing.The result of slicing process has a very important influence on the forming quality of 3D model.Taking the multi material 3D printing technology and carbon fiber long fiber composite as the combination point,this paper takes full advantage of the two advantages of carbon fiber composite materials and multi material 3D printing,and studies the multi material 3D printing slicing algorithm for carbon fiber long fiber composite reinforcement processing.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on layering algorithm for multi-material 3D printing.For the traditional STL file format can not save the information of the material of the model,which is the necessary shortage of the multi material slicing.This chapter analyzes the place where the traditional slice method can be improved.A multi material layered algorithm is designed to make the original 3D print slice algorithm not involved in the model material parameters.In some ways,the model can be sliced and layered effectively,and the path planning of slice layer can be carried out to provide the basis for the generation of G code for carbon fiber reinforced multi-material slice processing.(2)Continuous Path Planning Based on Long Fiber Reinforcement Treatment of Carbon Fibers.Concerning the continuity of carbon fiber and long fiber composites and the disadvantages of traditional spiral offset filling algorithm in the intersection of concave profile intersection removal and spiral processing,a concave multi-deformation decomposition algorithm was proposed to make the intersection of concave profile lines more efficient and reliable.To a certain extent,the number of jumps is reduced;a new spiral processing algorithm is proposed,which makes the continuous processing of adjacent contour rings in the same region more efficient and reliable.Provides the foundation for the planning of the level of carbon fiber reinforcement.(3)Research on Flexible Insertion Algorithm of Multi-material 3D Printing Based on Carbon Fiber and PLA(Polylactic Acid).A flexible insertion algorithm is designed for the purpose of combining carbon fiber and long fiber composites with PLA and achieving flexible reinforcement of carbon fiber filaments.According to the characteristics of the G code,the G92 reference point setting instruction and the T series exchange nozzle instruction can be flexibly used.The Gcode file generation after the overall level path planning of the model is completed,and the multi-material 3D printing forming system experimental device is used for printing and forming,and the multi-material 3D printing is realized,thereby providing a basis for the application of the multi-material slice processing on the slice platform on the online.(4)The design and implementation of 3D print online slicing platform.The 3D print platform of online preview of set model,online slice processing service and the preview of slice result are designed.The platform adopts JavaWeb related technology.In the Eclipse integrated development environment,the AngularJS front-end JS framework is adopted,and all functions of the 3D print online slicing platform are realized through the JSP page development technology.
