Based on the 3D printing technology of fused deposition modeling and 4D printing,this paper designed and achieved the 3D printing of continuous carbon fiber reinforced shape memory polymer composites and the 3D printing and contouring method of large size deployable structure.Tested the shape memory properties of the printing structure and good results have been achieved.At last,explored the printing method of epoxy thermosetting shape memory polymers.According to the deformation mechanism and classification of shape memory polymers.The characteristics,application fields and preparation techniques of some shape memory polymers and their composites are analyzed.By studying the 3D printer of fused deposition modeling,compared its structure,working principle and operation method.A large number of 3D printing tests were carried out on the polylactic acid-based shape memory polymer made by the project group,and the shape memory performance of the printing structure was verified.Based on the 3D printing technology of fused deposition molding,a 3D printing scheme for continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites was designed.The theory and simulation analysis are carried out,and the feasibility of the printing of the composite material was proved.In addition,a large scale deployable structure 3D printing and contouring program,which can be implemented in the printing process or after printing,is designed.The feasibility of printing method is verified by the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of the key parts.Through the transformation and assembly of the equipment and the perfection of the control part,the 3D printing scheme of composite material and the 3D printing and contouring method were tested and verified.In view of the printing of composite materials,the printing tests of different parameters are carried out and the reasonable range of printing parameters is determined.The shape memory performance of the printing structure is tested,and the memory effect is excellent.After experimental study,the 3D printing and contouring method of large size deployable structure is proved to be available.The shape recovery performance of the printed composite structure is tested,and the result meets the design requirements.The 3D printing method of epoxy-based thermosetting shape memory polymer is explored.The assumption of modifying epoxy resin into UV curing resin and using direct ink writing method for 3D printing was proposed.Then a direct writing printing scheme based on fused deposition modeling 3D printer was designed,and the simple analysis and experiment were carried out.The 3D printing of composite materials broke the traditional composite material preparation process and achieved the automatic three-dimensional rapid prototyping of composite materials.The 3D printing and contouring method of large size deployable structure integrated the 3D molding and winding of shape memory polymers.On the one hand,it simplifies the operation.On the other hand,it is of great engineering application value to break the size restriction and achieve the large size deployable structure printing which is much larger than the size of the printing platform.
