In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of cities in China's major cities has gradually expanded.The difficulty in urban planning and management has greatly increased,and people's demand for virtual city scenes is increasing.How to combine the layout of the 3D model of the building code in the virtual scene,provide decision-making for the city management,and provide reference for the modeling of the virtual scene through human-computer interaction is a subject worthy of study.The main work of this article is as follows:1.First,the elements used in this paper,such as models and textures,are preprocessed then stored in the database.A method for constrained layout of urban scene model based on building codes is proposed.The building code is applied to the model layout constraint method.Combined with the improved oriented bounding box method,the constrained layout of the urban scene model based on building codes is realized,and the constraints are visually displayed to user.2.Propose the conversion algorithm from 2D layout to 3D virtual city scene.Firstly,the affine transformation is used to obtain the transformation coordinates from the two-dimensional coordinate system to the three-dimensional coordinate system.Then the three-dimensional virtual city scene is drawn based on the three-dimensional model call of the model schematic symbol.An interactive method based on Leap Motion was proposed to adjust the 3D model by gestures.Combined with the prior knowledge of the aesthetics to enhance the realism of the scene.Finally,the three-dimensional scene roaming function is realized by combining scene switching,scene splicing,and scene dynamic loading technologies.3.A virtual city scene interactive modeling system has been designed.The method of constrained layout of the urban scene model based on building codes proposed in this paper is applied in the modeling process.The 2D to 3D coordinate affine variation based on anchor points and the schematic based on the model are applied in the 2D layout diagram to the 3D city scene.The 3D model calling method.The system effectively and intelligently guides users in modeling of three-dimensional urban scenes,allowing non-professional users to build standard three-dimensional urban scenes that meet building codes.The method proposed in this paper can quickly build a standardized virtual scene,provide a technical reference for virtual scene modeling,and improve the user's interest in interactive modeling systems.
