Design And Implementation Of Smart City Center System Based On AI+ Video Surveillance

Intelligent analysis technology based on AI,extract structured data of people,vehicles,objects and behaviors from video resources.through big data platform association analysis processing,Different kinds of data are analyzed,collided,potential hidden links are discovered,and valuable information is extracted.and to present visual the results,which helps smart city development in various fields.The main works of the thesis are as follows:1.On the basis of the research status at home and abroad,low utilization rate of video resources,low video resource sharing rate and low correlation rate of video data,less efficiency in video and image applications,the corresponding development demands are put forward.2.Design four-tier architecture of infrastructure layer,data fusion analysis layer,application service layer and business presentation layer of smart city center system.Design video networking sharing platform,AIOT Things sensing platform,video image application platform,video cloud storage,video image information database and other modules detailedly.3.Based on the design of each functional module,It realizes the networking,sharing and exchange of video resources,multi-dimensional association and fusion of large video data,and realizes the functions of intelligent city center system monitoring and early warning,situation judgment,visual command and dispatch,visual data display and so on,achieving the purpose of visualization,monitoring and early warning of urban operation.The results of project implementation show the effectiveness of the system design and realization.
