Metering pump cluster control systems is a kind of distributed control system which cooperates with pump group to fulfill the precise fluid feeding task.It is is an inevitable development trend in the field of fluid dosing.However,the current domestic small and medium-sized enterprises still have extensive production methods of metering pumps,which not only affects the quality and production efficiency of chemical products,but also has many hidden dangers of production safety.Based on industrial control network technology,the dedicated dual-channel CAN-Ethernet gateway is designed which we take as the core to build a heterogeneous control network,in this way to realize precise dosing of fluid in the metering pump cluster system and real-time remote network monitoring of the control systems.This work is of great significance for improving the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises.By analyzing the working conditions and design requirements of the metering pump cluster control systems,thesis proposes a suitable network topology,carries out the software and hardware design of the gateway,transplants the CANopen protocol stack.Finally,the communication test of the gateway verifies that its function is complete and reliable,and further studies the real-time performance of the CAN bus network to ensure the real-time and stability of the underlying network of the system.Overall,the main work of this article is as follows:1.CAN-Ethernet heterogeneous network topology and gateway protocol conversion model is designed which includs wired Ethernet and wireless 4G two upper-layer network communication methods.2.Seven functional circuits of the gateway are designed in terms of the analysis of requirements.The hot plugging of the Ethernet/4G communication module is implemented with a modular architecture for convenience of cutting planning on the hardware.The corresponding software is developed in three aspects.Firstly,the peripheral driver and interface functions of the LPC2368 are designed,and the CANopenNode protocol stacks are modified,tailored and transplanting.Secondly,intelligent user applications of gateway are designed.Finally,the main program logic framework based on the finite state machine thought is designed to achieve stable operation of each software module.3.The CANopenNode protocol stack is transplanted in the metering pump controller to realize the construction of the master and slave stations of the gateway and the pump controller.The CAN network communication sub-protocol is designed and planned in the object dictionary sub-protocol area of the master and slave station.4.The real-time performance of CAN network based on CANopen protocol is analyzed and researched,and multiple sets of comparison experiments are designed to obtain a suitable baud rate and PDO message transmission communication scheme.5.The EDF and MEF-TOD scheduling algorithms based on CANopen protocol are studied and the implementation scheme of the algorithm is given.The simulation experiments are conducted by building simulation models through Truetime toolbox and Matlab-Simulink simulation experiment platform.
