With the rapid development of mobile communication,H company has become the leader of smartphone industry in China.There are many suppliers in H company,and the related management is facing great challenges.It is urgent to introduce new management theories and methods.This paper takes H company as the research object,studies the operation model of integrated supply chain management of H company,puts forward performance evaluation methods and optimization strategies,and strives to improve the level of supply chain management of H company,and also provides reference for relevant enterprises.This paper analyses the current situation of H company's supply chain management,points out the existing problems,discusses the cost control objectives of H company,and puts forward the requirements of integrated supply chain management under the new competitive environment.The operation mode of integrated supply chain management in H company is studied in depth,including internal organization integration mode,supplier selection process model,supply chain production planning and control process model.Sales and operation planning process,forecasting and reduction planning and control process,constraint planning and control process are analyzed and compared in detail.The inventory management mode of H company integrated supply chain is discussed,and the influencing factors of internal planning and procurement are analyzed and evaluated.Based on the above work,this paper further studies the performance evaluation of integrated supply chain management of H company,determines the main content of the evaluation,points out the principles and characteristics of the evaluation index,analyses the evaluation of asset utilization,elaborates the main indicators and calculation methods of supplier evaluation of structural parts,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate specific products.By comparing and choosing suppliers,we can achieve the goal of selecting excellent suppliers.On the basis of performance evaluation,we supplement and explain the external factors of H company's integrated supply chain management.Finally,we draw a conclusion.
