Research Of Lean Software Measurement Framework In AB Company

As one of the greatest inventions in twentieth Century,Internet is pushing forward the process of society in the information age,and it has penetrated into all fields of society,such as economy,culture and public service.With the packing into of more and more innovative firms,the continuous improvement of product performance,cost and deliver speed has been the core of the competition in order to avoid the homogenization and present the special characteristics in the segment market.In order to make the delivered products cater for the market demand accurately,maximize the value of users and introduce new features leading opponent,the software measurement system is one of the important tools to achieve this goal.It provides data support for the management and decision of the enterprise through the continuous quantitative defining,collecting and analyzing the data on activities,projects and products.Based on the principle of lean software,this paper firstly combs AB company's products,organizational structure,development process and operation management by literature research method and field survey method,and then finds out some key factors affecting enterprise software measurement and makes a detailed analysis of these factors.Otherwise,this paper uses case study method to analyses the elements of building a software measurement system from the perspective of business managers of case enterprises and establishes a suitable lean measurement system for current enterprises.Benchmarking learning method is used to improve specific problems.Through studying the successful experience of benchmark organization to research the improvements in case enterprises.Finally,it makes AB company's product,team and organizational management fully visible.The established lean software measurement system in AB company,the case organization,not only improve the efficiency and product quality of the current R&D organization,but also provide some new measurement perspective.It enables organizations to have data-based means to feedback users' experience of products,project processes and reflect team productivity,and provides clear data views and portraits to assist enterprises in management and decision-making.
