Design And Implementation Of CJLR Freight And Custom Allocation Finance System

The competition in the automotive industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How to standardize information management and sharing,reduce operating costs,and accurately calculate costs are worthy of attention.Usually,a single-vendor ERP management information system cannot fully meet the needs of enterprises.When a company proposes new requirements,it needs to develop and implement a new system based on the original system.With Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automobile Co.,Ltd.started the domestic and international procurement business,the existing SAP system cannot meet the needs of financial accounting,and it is very important to develop a new financial cost management system based on the original system.This paper starts from the actual financial work demand of CJLR vehicle and engine factory freight and custom allocation,makes full use of the theory and technology of software engineering to design and implement this freight and custom allocation finance system.This paper combines the current actual production management of CJLR,analyzes the current financial,procurement,and logistics management of the SAP system;studies the current business and workflow of the CJLR vehicle and engine plant.Based on these studies,the freight and custom allocation financial system was designed.The system mainly utilizes software engineering theory,three-tier architecture,C/S mode,SAP system architecture,RFC technology to interact with other CJLR systems,BAPI technology,ABAP development language and platform to realize the development of freight and custom allocation finance system and implementation.The paper focuses on the process of allocation,the analysis of the financial generation document and the analysis of the material cost in the procurement.At present,the system has been implemented and CJLR has begun to be used.The financial allocation system is simple and convenient to operate,stable in operation and accurate in data.It can fully meet the requirements of the financial appraisal specialist for accurately accounting the cost of materials and the cost of complete vehicle production,to meet the needs of enterprises for cost control and profit analysis.
