With the development of information construction,more and more enterprises used the IoT technology in the production.The enterprise IoT system is associated with device,and a large amount of production data is generated every day.These data are used to analyze the production process and make production decision.But it's an urgent problem for enterprises how to store and manage massive IoT data.This paper proposes to apply the Hadoop framework technology to the industrial IoT to build and implement enterprises oriented industrial IoT experiment platform.First,design the overall architecture of the industrial IoT experiment platform,use the MQTT protocol as the communication protocol,use EMQ X message server to access a large number of devices,and set up an HBase cluster in a Hadoop cluster to storage massive IoT data,use MySQL database to store platform data.Second,analyze the needs of the industrial IoT experiment platform,design the functional modules of the platform in detail,and design the database.Then,build the development environment and cluster environment of the platform,and use Spring Boot + Vue front-end separation technology to implemented the platform.Finally,design and implement the mobile application using Android application development technology.The industrial IoT experiment platform in this paper can be used with the standard MQTT protocol.The platform can implement device access and data storage management functions,and provide a friendly interface to upper-layer enterprise applications,which is convenient for enterprises to develop business-related application systems.The platform is easy to operate,and has a certain degree of security,reliability and scalability.It improves the production efficiency of enterprises,and promotes the intelligent development of industrial manufacturing.
