With the continuous expansion of the current power system scale,the management pressure of the power marketing business has also increased.The original management model based on manual management and paper document management has been unable to adapt to the current fine management requirements of power system management.Caused prominent problems such as marketing audit management and efficiency,high error rate and so on.How to improve the intelligence and interactive capabilities of power supply inspection and management work of power supply companies around the world in the context of informationization of power systems,and use computer technology and digital processing technologies to realize intelligent management of power marketing inspection and management work.The severe challenges faced by the system's basic business management departments and customer service departments are also the overall direction of future intelligent development of the power system,and determine the overall effect and level of power marketing.This paper takes the power marketing inspection and management work of power supply companies at all levels of the State Grid as the basic research object,and makes a detailed analysis of the problems and hidden dangers existing in the whole business process for the first time.This research realizes the closed-loop management of the worksheet processing process of the electric power marketing audit,carries out the analysis and application of the "big data" of the electric power marketing audit,and makes a deep research on the analysis and arrangement of the company's operating state data;completes all the links in the whole process of the marketing audit,which is one of the core tasks of the electric power marketing business.Carries on the fine management,uses the data mining technology to the huge electric power marketing big data screening analysis,provides the valuable management decision-making data for the enterprise management personnel.This study realizes the use of information-based technical means and tools to improve the management efficiency and quality of marketing audit in power enterprises,and carries out the inspection management of power marketing business with the support of information-based and systematic tools,thus greatly improving the quality and efficiency of power marketing and power service in power supply companies.In the process of research and implementation,besides in-depth study of system requirements analysis,function design and function realization,the related technologies and theories involved in the process of system design and development are further studied.At the same time,advanced computer technology and data mining technology are used to improve the efficiency and quality of the system.Therefore,the research content of this paper not only has good theoretical value,but also has relatively ideal practical value,which will greatly improve the efficiency and quality of marketing management of power supply companies.
