In recent years,with the high-speed development of the taxation informatization has actively promoted the development of tax collection and tax service.The state administration of taxation puts forward the thinking o f the "information management tax",and further affirmed the status and role of informatization construction.According to the planning of the state administration of taxation,"Guangxi local tax system gold tax 3 phase optimization version"(hereinafter referred to as "Jin San system")was officially enabled in September,2015.And that was a powerful promotion of construction of tax collection and tax service in Guangxi.The "Jin San system" has unified the application system version of the whole region,standardize the tax law enforcement of the whole region,and realize the collection and management data of the region and optimize the tax service.However,the high concentration of high tax data and the high level of report data have completely broken the traditional tax analysis and management mode.The emphasis of tax collection and characteristic analysis of local cities cannot be sufficient reflected in some reports(such as The tax statements of VIP taxpayer in Guilin,the tax statements was made by the internal departments of tax bureau,and so on.).At the same time,"Jin San system" lacks the effective monitoring of the tax data quality,and cannot realize the real-time monitoring of the tax data.These are the factors that may lead to the work of tax analysis cannot be comprehensive development in the local tax system.In this dissertation,the large data center will be established in Guilin,and uses the technology of Oracle GoldenGate to realize the real-time synchronization of the "Jin San system".According to the data filtering strategy of different data tables,the requirements for the localization of Guilin data are achieved.The data of the old collection system and other tax system will be used for data transfer,which will eventually form a comprehensive and integrated large data center in Guilin.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis platform of Guilin tax data is built.Four modules,including taxpayer household inquiry,collection and management index(data quality),Department customized report forms,batch taxpayer inquiry,are put forward to complete the primary design of the system.At the same time,the system is designed according to the software engineering development process.Through the demand analysis and detailed design of Guilin tax data comprehensive analysis platform,a powerful and complete Guilin tax data comprehensive analysis platform is designed and implemented.The platform combines the advantages of J2 EE architecture,MVC design concept and intelligent report function,so that the platform has the advantage of highly centralized data,realizes the real-time report query function,satisfies the shortcomings of the "Jinsan System" and improves the tax-related data report query work of the tax system,which can not only be used for tax collection and management.Management optimization can provide timely and real situation samples,and can further improve the quality and efficiency of tax collection and management.
