In recent years,with the development of Internet and mobile Internet,and the continuous improvement of communication and other infrastructure,traditional-education institutions and emerging Internet enterprises are trying to explore the best mode of online education.Education is gradually moving from offline to online,and the online education industry is affected by big data.The traditional data analysis system can not meet the analysis scenarios in the education big data environment,especially from the massive user data to predict the future development trend of the education industry.At present,online education platforms at home and abroad are building their own data analysis system.Based on an online education platform,this paper builds a comprehensive data analysis system,which can provide reference strategies for decision-makers of education platform and reduce the risk of decision-making errors.In this paper,according to the theory of software engineering to discuss.Based on the requirement analysis of the comprehensive data analysis system,this paper focuses on the functional requirements and non functional requirements to complete the requirement analysis of the system.The system functions are divided into data collection function,course analysis function,user analysis function,course analysis function and authority management function.The non functional requirements restrict the system from the aspects of performance,security,scalability and ease of use.Secondly,this paper designs the comprehensive data analysis system.When designing the network structure of the system,the back-end server,front-end server,database server,cache server and Hadoop data processing center are integrated through LAN.In the design of hierarchical architecture,the system is divided into data processing layer,data model layer,service layer and page display layer from bottom to top.In addition,this paper designs the data warehouse hierarchically,uses the star model to model the dimension of the data warehouse,and finally gets the data analysis results.Finally,by using the description tools such as class diagram and sequence diagram,the system is designed in detail from the aspects of page,controller,service,model and database method call,and the final implementation interface is displayed.Through the construction of test environment,test cases are designed and tested for each functional module of the system,and the test results meet the needs of users.In addition,the non functional requirements of the system are fully up to the standard.At present,the system has been delivered to Party A to provide a global data analysis view for the education platform,which greatly reduces the decision-making risk of the company's decision makers.
