Research On Project Construction Management Of Fresh E-Commerce Industry Data Center

In recent years,with the rapid development of the fresh e-commerce industry,data plays an increasingly important role in the fresh e-commerce industry.As an important intangible asset of an enterprise,data is of great value to ordinary enterprises,including fresh e-commerce enterprises,if we do a good job in data quality management,fully tap the value of data and make data produce greater value in operation and management.In the long-term passive response development and construction process of the traditional data warehouse platform or data platform,on the one hand,through customized development,it can quickly meet the data needs of the business and support the business development of the enterprise.On the other hand,with the rapid development of the enterprise and the flow of personnel,there are a series of data quality problems.Due to the lack of comprehensive data quality evaluation system and systematic data governance scheme,there is no effective governance of data quality and cost,which increases the cost burden of enterprises.In recent years,with the rise of data center,data center provides enterprises with a complete set of solutions for big data development,service,operation and maintenance and governance to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Therefore,it is also accepted by more and more enterprises and used in production practice.Therefore,starting from the business reality,this paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of data warehouse platform and the difficulties of data governance,and summarizes a more systematic data platform project construction scheme combined with the practice of data platform R&D management of fresh e-commerce X company.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research ideas,methods and contents.The second chapter expounds the relevant theories of data platform construction.The third chapter analyzes the problems encountered in the data construction of X company.The fourth chapter puts forward a comprehensive and systematic R&D improvement scheme for the data center according to the existing problems.The fifth chapter briefly summarizes the research of this subject and prospects for the future.This paper not only has important reference and reference significance for the construction of data related platforms in fresh e-commerce industry,but also provides a more systematic and efficient project management scheme.
