Design And Implementation Of The Inspection Plan Execution Management System

In order to adapt tothe development of digitization,networking and intelligence in the aviation industry,foreign companies such as Boeing,Airbus have gradually replaced the field operators withdigital equipment and ways.The product quality is integrated in a unified digital platform,so the production efficiency and quality have been greatly improved.Now,in the company,the inspection plan as the only basis for acceptance of partsis still in the form of paper for distribution and receiving.There are still problems in the integration between the inspection plan andthe manufacturing execution which is already digitized,whichbecome a production bottleneck.So it is urgent to develop the inspection plan execution management system.This thesis conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the production process in which the inspection plan execution is the main line.That inspection plan execution management system uses Web Service technology to implement the SOA architecture,supporting B/S application.Java language and JDK(Java Development Kit)is mainly used for the development and designed of EOS platform system.With object as the center,it designs a system of inspection plan execution management integrating inspection plan management,dispatching management,on-site management,quality inspection process management,handover management,basic data management and statistical query management module.This system is driven by the inspection tasks generated from the submission of machine-plus MES and it takes the inspection plan as the inspection task standard to realize the management of the implementation process of the inspection plan.The system can automatically retrieve the inspection plan issued by CAPP according to FO information,and the inspectors can carry out a series of inspection operations according to the inspection plan.In the task management module,the inspection task which is submitted by the factory is realized,and the system completes the task automatically according to the corresponding rules.The field management module realizes the input,modification and review function of the field test record;the basic data management module realizes the inspection task submitted by thefactory.The querying and statistical module of the system achieves to export data and the result of the query.Thefeasibilityandeffectivenessof thesystemwereverifiedthroughtest examples and using in the field.Now the system has been used into thefield,according to the actual production,it can be seen that the inspection plan execution system has played a great role in the production.Not only production efficiency has been improved,also goes a long way in the data collection and analysis,it has the good practical significance.
