Compared with other businesses,tool management of AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industrial(Group)Co.,Ltd is relatively backward.In order to standardize tool numbers and make the tool resources clearer,the thesis is to provide an information database that covers the whole product lifecycle from order processing to tool planning,designing,manufacturing,delivering,testing,borrowing,repairing to isolating the defective and scraping the unserviceable,which is readily accessible to workers,schedulers and warehouse keepers as well.This will provide a effective IT support on tool resource info to the production control personal.The entry point of this thesis is the research of company's main data management technology.Base on it,the design and realization of main database resource construction and tool using process management control system.The thesis reviewe historical tool data of the company,analyzed it with decision tree algorithm and then build a tool database management system that is compatible with the CAPP/PDM,MES,and ERP systems.Primeton EOS~?Platform is the development tool and Oracle 11g is the database server.Barcode integration is available on the system.The reject mechanism is also applied on tooling plan.The rejected massage is integrated with portal system.In order to ensure the reliability of the system,a unit test and an integration test are carried out by using the V-model during and after the system development.The thesis has discussed the master data management.Based on the master database,the tool data management system covers the whole business cycle from designing,manufacturing to application.It addresses many acute problems in tool management,fills the gap of master data management,and offers a new way for information management of tool resources for the company.
