| In the production process of MD dishwasher,it is very common that the dimension of incoming material and the performance of the dishwasher fluctuate.It is caused by the fluctuation of the basic factors,such as the production staff of 80 positions in each production line,various assembly equipment,more than 200 parts produced in BOM,and the operation method in each position.These fluctuations can be divided into two types: normal fluctuation and abnormal fluctuation.Normal fluctuation is caused by normal tolerance,which has little effect on the quality of the whole machine,can not be eliminated absolutely in the manufacturing process,and the cost of eliminating or reducing tolerance can not be borne by the company.Abnormal fluctuation is caused by abnormal problems,it has a great impact on the overall quality of the machine,but also beyond the scope of customer acceptance,through a variety of data analysis and design process improvement to control.The responsibility of the process quality department is to find abnormal problems,improve the departments through data analysis,reduce abnormal fluctuations and meet the process quality requirements.SPC(Statistical Process Control)is mainly through statistical analysis technology for continuous monitoring of process quality,professional areas in the production process of normal fluctuations and abnormal fluctuations.SPC is also a method of data statistics and analysis.It can analyze and evaluate the problems and data in the production process,output analysis charts,warn the abnormal trend of the production line in the production workshop by charts,provide accurate problem basis for the process quality management personnel,and better request the workshop,process,design,equipment department.In order to improve the quality of the process,the door should take timely measures to improve the quality of the process.This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of MD dishwasher process quality monitoring information system.Combining SPC theory and methods to reduce abnormal fluctuation of production line to prevent and improve demand,a large-scale dishwasher production process quality monitoring and management system is developed.Chapter 1 expounds the background and significance of the research work,the history and status quo of SPC research at home and abroad;Chapter 2 systematically studies the production practice of MD dishwasher and the related manufacturing process,introduces the common statistical analysis methods,charts,system network diagram and software architecture related technologies of SPC;Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 discuss the process of MD dishwasher.Detailed functional design and implementation of the quality monitoring information system including its structure construction,basic data,authority management,data acquisition and process monitoring are studied.The system realizes real-time monitoring of process quality information,automatic output of analysis charts,automatic mail and information notification related parties' early warning and improvement through software system;the fifth chapter is the summary of the full text and the prospect of follow-up work.This paper solves the problems that have puzzled MD dishwasher company for many years,such as the collection and feedback of quality information is not timely,the statistics and analysis methods are not professional and unified,the goal of process control is difficult to quantify,the quality analysis and improvement methods are not standardized,the quality management level and supervision means are low. |
