Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Business Management System In Baotai Community Hospital

With the continuous development and in-depth application of information technology,information technology in the development of the medical industry is becoming more and more important.Among them,the hospital information management system is gradually promoted and used most obviously.With the help of information management system,the hospital's business processes are more scientific and reasonable,medical resources play a greater role,the competitiveness of the hospital has been greatly improved.I have mainly done the following work:(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the research and development of the hospital information management system at home and abroad,and describes the overall design idea and key technology of the hospital digital integrated management system.According to the reality of the hospital,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the hospital business process and functional requirements,a hospital digital comprehensive management system based on C/S model was developed.(2)Technically speaking,the front-end development tool uses PowerBuilder,and the background uses Oracle database which is more suitable for high concurrent data access,so that the developed management system can meet the needs of large data access.The system adopts hierarchical implementation strategy,which is easy to expand and maintain.The system has the advantages of friendly interface,high security and easy maintenance,and realizes the comprehensive digital management of the hospital.(3)From the functional level,this paper analyzes the business requirements and business processes of the hospital information management system in detail,and designs the data table structure in detail.Based on the advanced modular design idea,the functional modules with strong universality and free combination are designed according to the different business and demands of different scale hospitals,which mainly include: outpatient registration subsystem,hospitalization management subsystem,financial management subsystem,drug depot management subsystem,medical record management subsystem,and hospital director inquiry.Subsystems,etc.(4)in the aspect of system security,this article has done a thorough research.Especially in database security,data encryption,automatic backup,authentication and other technical means are used to ensure the reliability of the system.At the same time,role-based access control technology is adopted to ensure the security of the system.Compared with similar systems in China,the integrated information management system developed in this paper has the following advantages: complete system functions,various reports are rich;flexible module combination,the system module can be flexibly combined according to the actual needs of each hospital,free increase or decrease system module,to meet the needs of different scale hospitals;the system and The interface of medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical system is seamlessly connected to realize the functions of real-time data upload,download and direct settlement of expenses,and truly realize seamless connection.At present,the system has been tested and achieved good results.
