Since the 21 st century,safety management has attracted more and more importance in China.However,the safety management of many companies has only stayed in publicity,education,and regular safety inspections.In most cases,the cause analysis of the accident was investigated after the accident happened,resulting in a passive management situation.How to make useof new technologies such as big data and mobile internet to actively explore unfe factors in production activities,to eradicate hidden dangers in accidents,to greatly reduce accident rates,to stabilize safety production,and to strengthen safety management levels are new challenges and new issues faced by corporate safety management.There're two topics in the dissertation.The first topic is to generate the target of Safety Information Management Platform,as well as design principle and system function module design.The other topic is to design and setup Safety Information Management Platform based on JavaEE development framework,Html5 and cell Apps.The platform includes modules of Administration management,Emergency management,flood defense management,Risk management,General management and etc.,To achieve fast and centralize management of safety section among power production,project construction and headquarters office area as per the new pattern of corporate safety management.Fast information gathering,handling and decision making of the platform enables safety work to be landed efficiently and effectively.It helps enterprise to improve safety management capability,assure safety management quality,reduce injuries at work and occupational disease and reduce incident ratio,based on which enterprises can promote the platform to other hydropower enterprises domestically.
