Design And Implementation Of College Counselor Work Information System Based On Mobile Phone Platform

The management of college counselors is of great significance for the smooth development of daily learning and scientific research in colleges and universities.With the increasing number of college students in our country,the proportion of counselors and students shows an inconsistent trend of development,and the related work is facing tremendous pressure.At the same time,the current counselor management work has broken through the traditional scope of work,which leads to the existing working methods cannot meet the actual needs.Therefore,the working method of counselors based on the information platform is a main content of the reform of colleges and universities,Based on the above situation,this paper designs and implements a work information management system of college counselors based on mobile phone platform,in order to improve the efficiency of counselors' work and ensure students' daily life and learning.(1)The management of counselors in a university is investigated in detail,Analysis of business processes,mainly on learning management,day-to-day management and emergency management of the three business content analysis,the formation of the functional requirements of system development,and in turn as the basis for the design of the system hardware,software development architecture,database management platform to complete the storage design of the system database.(2)Using Android smartphone platform,through Java Activity,Servlet and other technologies,to complete the detailed design and coding of the core functions of the system.Three functional modules,academic learning management,daily management and emergency management,are coded to complete the development of Android client application and the coding of Servlet server program.(3)Based on the development of mobile phone platform,the function of college counselors' work business information management system,the test environment,the black box test method,the study management,the daily management and the emergency management are tested and analyzed,and the response delay and other performance indicators are tested,the final test results meet the expected requirements.As the project leader,this paper directly participates in the design and development of the above three parts,and will publish and implement the final developed system.
