This system uses ASP.NET as the development platform of Web and uses Server SQL 2008 as the database to design and development. This system has accomplished the system of counselor management information, and effectively improved the automation level of information management, and accomplished the information of the counselors, improved the work efficiency, accomplished the scientific evaluation of the counselors, reflected the fairness of the data analysis, and provided online statistics and retrieval functions. Build a unified information platform to achieve data sharing.This paper briefly describes the development background and development environment of the system, and analyzes the contents of domestic and foreign research. In this paper, the problems of the information management of College Counselors in Colleges and universities need to be solved, the research content of this paper is formed.
