In recent years,with the rapid development of wireless communication technology,both civil communication technology and military communication technology have made great progress.Ultrashort wave radios are also evolving as an important part of radio communications.At the same time,the technical requirements of the system for ultrashort wave radio stations are getting higher and higher.This thesis derives from CETC-10's “a certain type of ultrashort-wave radio”,of which channel module is developed by writer.The channel module includes a receiver unit,a transmitter RF front-end unit,and a frequency synthesizer unit.This design adopts a superheterodyne secondary frequency conversion transceiver circuit.The receiver is mainly composed of high frequency amplification,frequency conversion circuit and intermediate frequency amplification circuit.The transmitter RF front section mainly completes the excitation amplification of the IF signal after upconversion to the RF signal,ensuring that the amplifier output has a sufficiently large excitation signal.The synthesizer unit provides a stable local oscillator signal for the transceiver channel.The design ensures that the module device is small,the reliability is high,and the requirements of small size,low power consumption,and light weight are realized.Moreover,the local oscillator is implemented by digital phase-locked loop technology,and the local oscillator realized by the modified method has small volume,low power consumption.In this work,the design of the channel module is taken as the goal.Firstly,the realization principles of the receiver,transmitter and frequency synthesizer are analyzed.By comparing several common structural forms,the optimal scheme is selected.Then,the key technical indicators of transceiver channel are introduced,and the design scheme of module is given.Finally,the design of the module hardware is completed,and the actual test results of the module are given.
