The Design And Implementation Of Housing Security Eligibility Management System Of Government-subsidized Housing Project Management Platform

With the increasing economic development, the construction of security housing has being improved in Harbin. It aims to improve residents’ living condition of shanty towns, to promote their benefits and rights, and to become the model of the construction of security housing. "Management Platform of Housi ng project for low-income urban residents" is one of the main under-construction projects by Harbin Real Estated Dwelling House Bureau, which is based on information technology to stimulate the development of the security housing, so as to improve the quality and effiency of national economy. Housing Security Elegibility Management System is the major component of Management Platform of Housing project for low-income urban residents. Its design purpose is to document the information that submitted by the residents applying for the security housing, and then to be verified and compared by the department of real estate management and other related departments. After being examined by other qualification and elegibility, it will be included in to the supervisio n, and be verified in three demensions, such as street, district and city.Based on the domestic and international policy and the status quo of security system, the paper aims to analyize the actual demands of Housing Security Elegibility Management System by Harbin Real Estated Dwelling House Bureau and to provide the implication and solution.Using Java language, this system is based on and ORACLE 10 g database and J2 EE Framework under Windows operating system database in Windows operating system. It mainly applied the visiting technique of Spring JDBCTemplate database and key technique of ORACLE DATABASE storage process, so as to solve how to simplify the access of database, how to stimulate the efficiency. It has also made use of mature working flow framework and autonomously developed a set of working flow engine following by the complexity of which is based on Housing Security Elegibility Management System, so as to make the complex process to become a controllable, distributable network service.The system is composed of six functional modules, including workflow module, application of security elegibility module, annual elegibility application module, report module, cloud function and enquiry of population module, and inquiry and print function. It also designs for the functional module that contains the structural demand of exchanging information interaction structure of demand, so as to reduce the coupling degree between each module and to achieve easy coupling.The design and implementation of "Housing Security Eligibility Management System” can provide users with the services, such as steady and quick elegibility application, annual elegibility application, and printing of of elegibility certificate, so as to alleviate the pressure of Real Estated Dwelling House Bureau. Through testing the system in different levels, it is proved that it can completely meet the functional and non-functional requirements by Real Estated Dwelling House Bureau.
