Research And Analysis On Public Housing Management System Of Teachers In Sanming College

Sanming college merger after the rapid development of the growing scale of teachers, the overseas introduction of high-level personnel quantity has been rising, high prices have grounded the young teachers purchase plan, so good schools limited public housing problem has become a key factor in stable teachers. Due to the rapid development of network technology in recent years, the traditional areas of business also gradually introducing information technology to enhance operational efficiency, public housing management also need from manual operation to computer system service mode.This paper first introduces the sanming college teachers’ research background of public housing management system, project significance and the current domestic situation of research and industry application of other colleges and universities, to determine the main content of the thesis research and I work hard; In business analysis, combination of sanming college teachers public housing management present situation, has carried on the feasibility analysis to system; In functional analysis, the paper through the use case diagram and use case table, the function point of system to be developed, the system module partition and map the system package; In the data model analysis, the paper on the system each function points needed for processing data modeling, entity class diagram is given, and the data table structure is established. Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.System solved the paper exit to submit application, artificial fees, loan business accounting of fixed assets and labor and complex business processes. The designed system consists of building basic information management, application for public housing management, check out the business, assets, borrow and room charge pay six functions. The designed system can help teachers, logistics management, state-owned assets management and financial management personnel of public housing business that teachers network office.
